1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery date.
To qualify for return:
- Jewelry must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging
- All tags, accessories must be intact
- Customized / personalized jewelry is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Start a Return
Please contact our support email first to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
You will receive return shipping instructions after approval.
3. Shipping Fees
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective or wrong item is shipped.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged & Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives broken or defective, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
